Return Policy

We have a 05-day return policy, which means you have 05 days after receiving your item to request a return.

After delivery, to raise any dispute related to order please makes sure

  • The dispute should be raised with-in 5 days after receipt of the shipment.
  • Parcel opening video is mandatory for damaged or missing goods complaint or to raise any complaint related to goods. One single video is required.
  • Close images of damaged products are mandatory to process claim.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. And while unboxing the product you have to take video of unoxing.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
